From initial contact to final installation, this project was one of the best experiences I've had with ANY contractor. The owner, Paul, came to my house to measure the windows, was extremely knowledgeable about the product and available options, and made great recommendations. I ordered shutters through him, rather than online as I had intended. They were delivered a week ahead of the time promised. Paul again came to my house and installed the shutters flawlessly and with minimal fuss. They look and function great, I am delighted. AAA/Gold star.

I had indoor shutters (middle of the line expensive - wood) installed for my dining room. Slats & Pleats (Paul) was very knowledgeable, on time, and not in any way pushy. He recommended wide slats on the shutters for my dining room, which look fantastic. (He came with his girlfriend, who offered a helpful second opinion.) Paul did the installation himself, with a helper. They were neat, professional and did excellent work.

Jessica at the slats & Pleats was extremely responsive in getting my service request attended to immediately. Paul Rein, who performed the work, took initiative in completing what he could, during his first visit and corrected a problem created by a different motorized shade vendor. I can't say enough about his response and quality of work. A wonderful experience, especially in comparison with the last vendor I workled with.
